TK Elevator is currently seeking a highly experienced Sr. Manager, IT Platform Delivery located in Atlanta, GA.

The ideal candidate should possess extensive expertise in managing complex applications, including but not limited to CRM (Salesforce), ERP/Field Services, COTS, custom applications, and SaaS solutions.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:


  • Lead the delivery of projects and enhancements for a portfolio of applications in our sales and field services areas across all lines of business. The application portfolio includes SaaS solutions, COTs solutions and custom applications.

  • Ensure alignment with organizational goals and technological innovation to enhance efficiency and competitiveness.

  • Collaborate with executive leadership to define and implement the technology strategy for the application landscape.

  • Align IT initiatives with business goals and drive innovation for enhanced user experience.

  • Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals including project managers, developers, engineers, and analysts in a highly matrixed and outsourced environment.

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

  • Collaborate for successful project delivery and alignment with organizational goals.

  • Provide strategic oversight for application projects, including initiation, scope definition, resource allocation, and risk management.

  • Monitor progress, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery.

  • Develop change management strategies for introducing new applications, upgrades, and enhancements.

  • Facilitate communication, training, and user adoption for seamless transitions.

  • Oversee end-to-end delivery process, from requirement gathering to post-implementation support.

  • Ensure alignment of solutions with business needs, enterprise architecture and quality standards.

  • Implement monitoring mechanisms to track application performance and identify optimization opportunities.

  • Enhance application reliability, scalability, and efficiency.

  • Establish quality assurance practices and compliance standards for application development and maintenance.

  • Partner with regional Information Security leader to ensure adherence to security, regulatory, and data privacy requirements.

  • Provide regular updates and reports on project status, delivery metrics, and performance.

  • Communicate effectively with executive leadership and relevant stakeholders.


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

  • Proven management experience (8+ years) in IT application delivery, including managing ERP, CRM, COTS, Custom, and SaaS technologies.

  • Strong understanding of application lifecycle management, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team of technical professionals.

  • Project management expertise with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and executives.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align technology strategies with business goals.

  • Proven experience in risk management and problem-solving, with the ability to navigate through challenges and uncertainties.

  • Knowledge of ITIL and other relevant frameworks for IT service management is preferred.
