The Finance and Business Planning team enables Meta to plan, prioritize, and execute as effectively as possible. We take a uniquely long-term view towards business problems and operate with an independent and objective perspective, representing our point of view to our executive stakeholders. We serve as financial advisers to our business partners and own shared business goals and results where appropriate. Responsibilities will include owning product P&L, leading forecasting and planning, developing strategic and operational insights, and modeling financial scenarios to guide product and business decisions. Business Operations Manager, Metaverse Responsibilities:
Understand, impact, and influence business investment decisions through detailed financial analysis
Provide hands-on analytical support and develop actionable insights throughout the product development process
Drive data driven decision making & analysis of product decisions and strategic roadmap investments
Deep dive into critical capital Investments, HC requirements, and long-term strategic implications of agreements
Provide insights to business partners through scenario based modeling and long-range forecasting
Own ad hoc strategic and operational projects as required, and drive process improvements by partnering with cross functional owners
Create strong business partnerships with various functions across the RL business
Minimum Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in business strategy, finance, management consulting, or product management
Experience in data analytics, data visualization, and scenario based analysis
Experience leading cross-functional projects with stakeholders
Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Math, Statistics, or related analytical field
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a management consulting firm, investment bank, or a high-growth tech company
SQL experience
MBA or MS in quantitative field
Experience working in consumer electronics or technology
