Baer is looking for an Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor Functional consultant for a 12-month project
Title: Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor Functional consultant Location: Remote with some possible occasional travel Duration: 12 months Rate: All-inclusive+ expenses if any travel is requested Start date: February 2025
Description:
Define, build, and implement enhancements to HR processes and structure that will improve the HR function's alignment to business objectives and ability to help drive business results
Lead business process workshops and advise the client on the impacts of adopting the Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor (T&L / OTL) solution
Assist the integration consulting team in helping to build, configure and test integrations between HCM and third party/custom solutions
Requirements:
6+ years of professional experience delivering HCM solutions; preferably Oracle Cloud
Experience with at least 2 full life-cycle implementation of the Time & Labor for Oracle Cloud HCM
