Looking for a hybrid VP of Payor Contracting & Network Strategy for one of our best clients!
Job Title: Vice President - Payor Contracting & Network Strategy
Location: Wausau, WI (WI/MN area)
Hours: 30-40 per week
Job Schedule: Full-time
Category: Management
W2 ongoing contract
Location: Onsite, with the option for hybrid work - must be near Wausau, WI
Duration: Until a permanent replacement is found
Responsibilities:
Lead the managed care team.
Negotiate and manage payor contracts.
Provide strategic leadership and direction for reimbursement strategies.
Experience/Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or health care management.
Master's degree in health care or business administration preferred.
Minimum of ten years of health care leadership and management experience.
In-depth knowledge of the managed care environment, payor contracting, and health insurance industry.
Membership in professional associations and relevant certifications are preferred.
Strong planning, marketing, organizing, and business implementation skills.
Excellent leadership capabilities and interpersonal skills.
Comprehensive understanding of finance and health care reimbursement.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and function well under pressure.
