About the Role

We are eager to discuss the prospect of you joining our team as our next incredible team member!

This position reports to the VP, Loan Operations and Servicing at our IncredibleBank 17th Avenue branch location in Wausau, WI and allows you to partner with other team members and key stakeholders to provide Incredible Customer Experiences of your own! Duties and responsibilities may include:

• Support lenders in providing an Incredible Customer Experience (ICE) for business, real estate, and consumer loan applications and ensure timely, accurate and compliant processing of assigned loans.
• Obtain supporting information before preparing loan documentation for loan closing, including but not limited to UCC search, CRIS search, OFAC check, etc.
• Order and obtain required documentation from third party vendors such as appraisals, title policies, flood determination, etc.
• Coordinate with the Credit Department to ensure timely and efficient underwriting of new loan requests, loan renewals, modifications etc.
• Identify loans for CRA and HMDA tracking.
• Document issues, maintain supporting work papers and provide accurate reporting metrics.
• Assist with customer requests including but not limited to payments, transfers, wires, stop payments, history inquiries.
• Complete the entry of closed loan data into core banking system for consumer loans.

This is a regular full-time hourly non-exempt position, averaging approximately 40 hours/week. Schedule may vary between the hours of 7:30 am to 5:30 pm CST Monday through Friday.

• An individual should have 2-4 years of experience with business loans, and legal documentation and the business lending process.
• Knowledge of core processing systems, Microsoft Office, Windows, Word Processing software; Spreadsheet software, Database software and loan origination software.
