This position also involves managing project schedules, budgets, and human resource plans while producing reports, dashboards, agendas, and meeting minutes to support project teams and enhance engagement through strategic communication and design efforts. This individual’s portfolio will include large-scale design and communications projects that extend across OGI’s centers—the Center for Global Spiritual Life, Center for Multicultural Education and Programs (CMEP), LGBTQ+ Center, and Moses Center—and functional areas (e.g., communications, education), including annual initiatives and priority projects such as NYU Portraits, MLK Week, Student Life Pre-Commencement Celebrations, student convenings, focus groups, inclusive policy development, GIDBEA-related fundraising, GIDBEA-related task forces/working groups, etc. This position involves collaborating with various partners across campus, including faculty, staff, students, alums, and external partners, to advance university-wide efforts that foster an inclusive, equitable, and accessible environment for diverse global communities.
