Our client, a global leader in Commercial Real Estate services, is seeking an experienced Director of Architecture to lead a global team of architects across various product platforms, including Salesforce. This role is pivotal in driving innovative solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes within our client's technology landscape.

The Director of Architecture will manage a global team of architects, ensuring the development of scalable and efficient solutions across multiple technology platforms. While Salesforce is a key product area, the role will focus on solutioning across a range of products to meet business needs, emphasizing metrics-driven results and business impact.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor a global team of architects across multiple product platforms
- Lead the design and architecture direction for scalable solutions across multiple platforms, including Salesforce
- Collaborate with product teams to develop effective solutions that meet evolving business needs
- Provide architecture oversight during the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) across multiple platforms, utilizing Agile principles
- Implement solutions that prioritize key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics
- Partner with business leadership, product teams, and global development and support teams to understand business requirements
- Ensure that team members hold relevant certifications (Salesforce, AWS, or other related platforms)
- Leverage deep knowledge of the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) industry to ensure that solutions address the specific challenges and opportunities within CRE
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies, including Salesforce, AI, and automation
- Present architectural recommendations and strategic roadmaps to senior leadership

Qualifications:
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in architecture and solution design
- At least 3-5 years managing a global team of architects across different technologies
- Certifications in relevant platforms (Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or other similar certifications) are preferred
- Strong experience and knowledge of the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) industry
- Proven experience managing the end-to-end SDLC, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to deliver solutions that drive measurable business outcomes
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with integration platforms and enterprise systems across various technologies, including Salesforce
- Understanding of AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives across multiple ecosystems
- Experience working in large-scale, matrixed organizations
