Job Description:

What your impact will be:
- Assist with financial reporting for the Support Services Group
- Regular process review to improve efficiencies wherever possible
- Accountable for leading and coaching the Client Support Team
- Ensure that customer requests are responded to and resolved promptly
- Interact with customers to manage relationships and address issues
- Set, meet and monitor departmental goals to drive optimal performance within the Support
- Travel to client sites up to 30%

What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work.
- 8+ years of experience in client support.
- 3+ years of leadership within a support team, within a software or technology company.
- Excellent and mature customer service and social skills.
- Basic technical knowledge and expertise in technical concepts.
- Passion for serving customers and providing the best possible customer experience.
