This position works collaboratively with child serving state agencies (e.g., Children, Youth, and Families Department) ensuring members receive care coordination and appropriate access to eligible and necessary services. Provides training and technical assistance to both internal and external stakeholders in order to enhance communication and coordination within the juvenile systems of care. Acts as the single point of contact for information specific to member's entering and exiting the children's services system.
Responsibilities
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Nursing, Psychology, or related field required
5+ years of experience working within the children's behavioral health system or with child serving agencies (e.g., CYFD).
May accept an equivalent combination of education and experience without the bachelor's degree.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated problem solving skills.
Organized with strong attention to detail.
