We are looking for a talented Senior Manager to join our Strategic Partnerships team across the Walmart+ and InHome businesses. This person will manage the relationships with some of our key external partners, identify and implement new business opportunities, develop and track KPIs, and ensure we are operating at peak performance.
We are looking for someone who can think big picture to develop and grow valuable member benefits, relentlessly prioritize the highest impact initiatives, and mobilize cross-functional partners to execute an aggressive growth roadmap.
This role will be based in either Hoboken, NJ or Bentonville, AR and reports to the Direct of Strategic Partners for Walmart+.

Sustaining and developing mutually beneficial relationships with internal and external business partners that represent quantifiable growth opportunities for the business and solve business problems or new service offering requirements.
Analyzing business metrics and member behavior to ensure that we are meeting KPIs. Drive continuous optimization and improvement of existing benefits, securing buy-in from key stakeholders across the organization, including with executives.
Owning the discovery of project requirements through deep subject-matter expertise and achieve alignment on project timelines, tasks schedule and resources
Working with product and technology teams to integrate third party product roadmap.
Collaborating with Marketing teams to develop and launch captivating campaigns that will drive benefit usage.
Leading presentations to partners and senior leadership related to strategic partnerships.
Facilitating contractual negotiations with strategic partners and prepare senior leaders for negotiations by creating factual, rational, and compelling data-based insights/arguments and drive win-win outcomes for Walmart and Walmart partners.
Cultivating an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics by integrating these values into all programs and practices

The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00-$216,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
