What You Bring to Cambia:






Qualifications:




  • Partnerships Manager I would have 5+ years of experience in healthcare administration or a related field, with a focus on partnership development and management


  • Partnerships Manager II would have 8+ years of experience in healthcare administration or a related field, with a focus on partnership development and management


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field


  • Equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred

  • Develops strategic plans to achieve goals and drive business outcomes


  • Builds and maintains relationships with internal and external stakeholders


  • Leads through influence and collaboration with diverse stakeholders


  • Possesses in-depth knowledge of health plans and stays up-to-date on healthcare industry trends


  • Analyzes and interprets both quantitative and qualitative data to inform decision-making


  • Develops clear and concise communications, owning the end-to-end storyline


  • Demonstrates strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and collaborative execution






What You Will Do at Cambia:




  • Conduct data-driven assessments and gather feedback to inform Health Services business challenges and opportunities.


  • Develop and nurture strategic partnerships, influencing long-term roadmaps and driving collaborative growth.


  • Assess and measure key performance indicators, including quality improvement, financial achievements, and member experience.


  • Create and execute project plans, removing barriers to success and improving processes to drive agility and timely implementation.


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on project plans and drive business outcomes.


  • Develop and deliver reports and presentations to demonstrate progress towards milestones, goals, and metrics.


  • Identify future opportunities to expand partnerships through new services, geographic areas, or contract development, working closely with stakeholders to drive business growth.

The expected hiring range for a Partnerships Manager I is $100,300 - $135,700 depending on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; and performance history. The bonus target for this position is 15%. The current full salary range for this role is $94,000 - $154,000.


The expected hiring range for a Partnerships Manager II is $120,700 - $163,300 depending on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; and performance history. The bonus target for this position is 15%. The current full salary range for this role is $113,000 - $185,000.
