Job Description:

What will you do?


  • Ensure the update, quality, and consistency of key parameters of supply and stock management (ex : Replenishment Lead Time, Quantity, Frequency, Stocking policy.)

  • Contribute to the design and the implementation of material providing and handling according to Schneider Performance System rules.

  • Design the organization of internal flows (physical and informational) according to rules and update internal stock (Kanban) parameters.

  • Lead the Master Production Plan process with the other functions.

  • Monitor the waiting queue management and implement the queue management for the plant together with the methods engineer.

  • Managing the plant Value Stream Mapping (current & future state) and leading the continuous improvement of Product Lead Time by animating transversal actions plan

  • Monitor and improve the downstream supply chain performance at plant level.

  • To be in a continuous improvement approach for ISSR(internal supplier service rating), BOL(back order lines), OTD(on time delivery), Customer Lead Time, DIN/NIN(day of inventory/net inventory), FG(finished goods), UHS(unhealthy stock).

  • Be the key user for the department for information system.

  • Be the Data-Owner of Supply Chain Management

  • Domain managing all data (creation, update, and deletion) to support the quality processes on the several used tools (SAP and any Domain/local tools).

  • Be Key-User of the Supply Chain and Planning.


What qualifications will make you successful?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field required.

  • +3 years in Planning Materials, Procurement & Purchasing.

  • +3 years relevant experience focuses on managing production to optimize the use of resources and meet production schedules and standards

  • Experience in Lean methodologies is preferred.

  • Experience with SAP required.

  • Experience with Kinaxis preferred.

  • Microsoft Office Suite experience is preferred.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Strong relationship & collaborative management skills.

  • Must be detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task.
