Compensation for this position is set at $22/hour.




This person will need to work hybrid from our Plymouth Meeting, PA office location three days per week.




Accolade's internship program runs June 9th-August 15th, 2025.





Role overview



We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Intern to join our team. In this role, you will focus on account research, profiling prospects and accounts, and following up on inbound information requests. You will gain hands-on experience in sales processes, prospect engagement, and lead generation, helping to drive business growth across multiple territories. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced sales environment.



A day in the life...






  • Account Research: Conduct in-depth research to profile and identify key accounts, uncovering opportunities for outreach.







  • Prospect Engagement: Follow up on inbound information requests, engaging directly with prospects to understand their needs and introduce them to our solutions.







  • Cold Calling & Outreach: Support the sales team by reaching out to potential clients, setting up initial meetings, and nurturing leads.







  • Metrics & Performance: Work towards set goals for profiling, cold calling, and follow-up activities across different territories, tracking your progress and performance.





What we are looking for (requirements)





  • Currently pursuing or has completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.






  • Ability to come in person to our Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania office at least 3 times per week.






  • High-energy individual who is eager to learn and grow in the field of sales.






  • A curious mindset with a willingness to ask questions, learn, and dig in.






  • Open to feedback and eager to improve skills through hands-on experience






  • Previous sales or customer experience is required, with a basic understanding of lead generation and prospect engagement.
