This person will need to work hybrid from our Plymouth Meeting, PA office three days per week.

Role Overview
As a key contributor at Accolade, you will play an essential role in driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. Your daily responsibilities will include reporting and analysis to help our leader understand performance metrics and how they impact our Performance Guarantee (PG) attainment goals. By collaborating closely with stakeholders across various teams, you will gain insights into member challenges, service utilization, and the operational factors influencing our financial outcomes. You'll also work to identify barriers to success within our digital and back office processes, helping to streamline workflows and improve overall efficiency. This role offers exposure to all of the non-clinical operational areas Accolade, providing a comprehensive understanding of our business operations.
A Day in the Life...
Data Reporting & Analysis: Use Qlik reporting tools to update PG tracking, flagging performance concerns to be raised during Ops Standup meetings.
Member Feedback Review: Analyze CSAT & NPS comments to identify patterns and potential causes of negative sentiment, helping to inform improvements in service delivery.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Meet with leaders and Ops stakeholders to review performance metrics, escalation data, and identify action points for improvement.
Testing & Development: Work alongside the Analytics lead to test new apps or changes in existing applications, ensuring they meet standards before publication.
Operational Review: Analyze DFR (Daily Feedback Report) performance with the Operations leader to support strategic decision-making and suggest necessary adjustments.
Back Office Engagement: Collaborate with the Back Office team to identify performance barriers, contributing to solutions that drive success.
What We're Looking For (Requirements)
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
Ability to work onsite at our Plymouth Meeting office three times per week, contributing in a hybrid work environment.
Self-Starter: Proactive attitude, with a desire to be part of a rapidly evolving, dynamic team.
Excel Proficiency: Strong understanding of Excel, including the ability to create and modify formulas.
Analytical Mindset: Interest in how business operations and analytics intersect to inform strategic decisions.
Adaptability & Learning: Willingness to embrace challenges, learn quickly, and adapt when things don't go as planned-embracing the "fail fast" mentality to drive improvement.
