RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Paid Media Analyst in Atlanta, GA.

Overview:
The Paid Media Analyst is responsible for supporting the planning of Paid Social Media campaigns and executing and optimizing vendor's brand & digital media components of those campaigns. This person will spend their days building out marketing campaigns and pulling data to then upload & create the marketing campaigns in the Ad Manager functions of several social media platforms. The strategist will create using the new campaign button, proactively troubleshoot and research what is needed for the campaigns and then post the campaigns based on deadlines. The Analyst will be in a vendor facing role and responsible for all areas of campaign management including requirements gathering, solution design, vendor management/coordination. Someone who enjoys using a data driven approach to create a story and finding new ways to optimize time will do well in the role. The person who will thrive best in this role is someone who is not afraid to lean in where needed and willing to take on new challenges.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business


• Looking for 1-3 years of experience activating paid media within Meta and/or Pinterest platforms; Additional channels such as YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok, etc. are a bonus


• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role where they have been responsible for campaign pacing metrics, diagnose what's wrong on a campaign, and recommend corrections to ensure the campaign is performing well


• Experience working with Paid Ad Manager functions on Pinterest OR Facebook/META, Youtube, Snapchat, Tiktok, etc.


• Excel (Pivot tables and VLOOKUP's)


• Large data sets (100s of lines and columns) will be researching and combing thru data


• Overall tech savviness and have a passion for the social media tech world


• Able to work independently and be proactive to find solutions and answers

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
