Description: Position Description
Contribute to the definition of system requirements, conduct gap analysis, and identify feasible solutions that meet defined business objectives.
Perform needs analysis, customization, testing, implementation, and support.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into systems requirements.
Work at a high level within a team considering the implications of technology applications to the current and future business environment.
Remain knowledgeable with the configuration and ongoing system support of UKG Telestaff / WFM.
Be a technical resource, related to integrations, networking, and security.
Contribute to perpetual end user training and change management.
Other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
Minimum of two years' post-secondary education or relevant work experience
Additional Qualifications and Skills
Minimum two years' additional post-secondary education or relevant work experience
Knowledge of information technology applications, processes, software and equipment
Demonstrated team performance skills, service mindset approach, and the ability to act as a trusted advisor
Working Conditions
Completion of Harvard IT Academy specified foundational courses (or external equivalent) preferred
