Description: Position Description

  • Contribute to the definition of system requirements, conduct gap analysis, and identify feasible solutions that meet defined business objectives.
  • Perform needs analysis, customization, testing, implementation, and support.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into systems requirements.
  • Work at a high level within a team considering the implications of technology applications to the current and future business environment.
  • Remain knowledgeable with the configuration and ongoing system support of UKG Telestaff / WFM.
  • Be a technical resource, related to integrations, networking, and security.
  • Contribute to perpetual end user training and change management.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years' post-secondary education or relevant work experience


Additional Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum two years' additional post-secondary education or relevant work experience
  • Knowledge of information technology applications, processes, software and equipment
  • Demonstrated team performance skills, service mindset approach, and the ability to act as a trusted advisor


Working Conditions

  • Completion of Harvard IT Academy specified foundational courses (or external equivalent) preferred
