Sanofi is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking People & Culture Technology Roadmap Program Manager to drive strategic alignment and operational excellence across our global HR technology landscape. This is a transversal leadership role that collaborates closely with each of the Technology Strategy Portfolio Leaders across HCM Core, Talent, Learning, Reward & Performance, Payroll/Time2Pay, and Real Estate/Workplace.
The Program Manager will ensure the seamless integration of our technology roadmap into the organization's broader objectives, focusing on budget planning, resource allocation, and execution prioritization. Your expertise in planning, stakeholder engagement, and technology portfolio management will be essential in shaping the future of our People & Culture technology ecosystem.

Main Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Budget Management:
Lead the development of pro-forma total cost of ownership (TCO) plans for the HR technology stack.
Capture build budget wish lists from portfolio leaders, consolidating and aligning these with overarching business objectives.
Support strategic financial planning by providing accurate forecasting and scenario analysis.
Roadmap and Backlog Prioritization:
Facilitate quarterly and annual backlog prioritization sessions, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Identify and address interdependencies between teams and projects to optimize roadmap execution.
Program Execution and Documentation:
Establish robust documentation practices for the strategic technology roadmap, leveraging tools like MS Project, JIRA, and other collaboration platforms.
Provide clear, actionable updates to stakeholders on progress, risks, and milestones.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
Act as a liaison between Technology Strategy Portfolio Leaders, the CoE's, People Services, People Excellence and the Digital Delivery & Operations Product Line Managers ensuring consistency and cohesion in roadmap execution.
Build strong relationships across People & Culture teams, IT, Finance, and external vendors.
About You
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Human Resources, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
10+ years of experience in program management, HR technology, or strategic planning roles.
Strong understanding of HR technology ecosystems, including HCM, Payroll, Talent Management, and Workforce Planning tools.
Proven experience in budgeting, financial forecasting, and TCO analysis.
Expertise in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project, Agile, JIRA, Confluence).
Experience facilitating cross-functional collaboration in global, matrixed organizations.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex interdependencies.
