Position Summary:

ANSER is seeking a Training Doctrine Developer to support the DTRA Strategic Integration (SI) Directorate. In this key role you will write, edit and refine training manuals, doctrines and materials.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Develop, edit and refine training materials, and courses.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
  • Utilize multimedia tools to create interactive and engaging e-learning modules.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of documents, doctrines and manuals through assessments and feedback.
  • Update and enhance existing training materials as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5 or more years relevant experience writing training manuals, presentations and documents focused on military and defense related topics.
  • Demonstrated understanding of CWMB/CBRN policies and doctrines related to strategic and operational levels of war.
  • Active TS/SCI Security Clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree
