Job DescriptionThreat Tec is seeking a highly skilled Counterintelligence (CI) Analyst to join our team on the SES contract at Fort Belvoir, Virginia. The CI Analyst will play a crucial role in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating intelligence threats. This position requires a deep understanding of CI principles, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a high-stakes environment.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct thorough research and analysis of intelligence threats, identifying potential risks and vulnerabilities.
Develop and implement CI strategies to detect and mitigate threats.
Prepare detailed reports and briefings for senior leadership and stakeholders.
Collaborate with other intelligence and law enforcement agencies to share information and coordinate efforts.
Monitor and evaluate emerging threats, providing timely and actionable intelligence.
Conduct CI investigations and support operations to protect sensitive equipment and information.
Stay current with CI best practices, tools, and technologies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Intelligence Studies, Security Studies, Political Science).
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CI Analyst or in a related intelligence role.
Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in intelligence analysis tools and software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with CI policies, procedures, and regulations.
