The Engineering Leadership Development Program (ELDP) offers a unique opportunity for highly talented and motivated recent graduates to gain valuable experience and training in the multifaceted disciplines of Semiconductor Solutions operations. As a participant, you may work in a production facility developing next-generation CMP slurries, ultra-thin dielectric and metal film precursors, safe and effective semiconductor material delivery tools, or formulated cleans and etching products designed to support the semiconductor industry.
Throughout the program, you will complete three 12-month rotational assignments, gaining exposure to the company's core businesses, processes, technologies, and leadership. Rotations will span diverse functions, including Production, Research and Development, Quality, and Engineering, providing a comprehensive foundation for career growth.
Additionally, participants will have the opportunity to earn a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification, equipping them with the tools to lead projects and drive process improvements.
As a program participant, you will develop technical skills in key areas such as:
Project Management
Quality and Compliance
Data and Digital Capabilities
Manufacturing Operations
Customer and Logistics Services (including distribution, transportation, and warehousing)
Product and Process Analysis & Improvement Methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Design Excellence)
Assignment selection will be guided by your career interests, developmental goals, and business needs, with input from the Program Manager, program stakeholders, assignment managers, and mentors. Potential assignments are located across the United States, including facilities in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Texas, California, and Arizona. Geographic flexibility is essential for future rotation assignments. The anticipated start date for this position is July 2025.
Who You Are:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
Preferred Qualifications:
GPA of 3.5 or higher
1+ previous professional internship experience
Pay Range for this position - $65,400 to $98,000/year
