Position Summary:
As a Site Superintendent, you will play a pivotal role in managing our fencing projects from inception to completion. Your expertise in fence installation and construction management will be essential in maintaining quality standards, adhering to project timelines, and ensuring client satisfaction. Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Conduct project lineouts and confirm layout & design with installation crews and clients. Assist in the management of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to project timelines and specifications. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and industry best practices. Serve as a secondary point of contact for clients during project execution, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally. Provide regular project updates to estimators/project managers, highlighting milestones and addressing any challenges. Ensure all staff and contractors adhere to proper safety procedures and industry standards.
