Job Description:

The Park View team is growing, and we have an incredible new opportunity that will be pivotal in the success of our Organizational Development department!

We are looking for an Executive Office/HR Specialist that will manage the day-to-day administration responsibilities for a variety of organizational functions. This position will provide administrative services to support project management, Human Resources, the office of the President/CEO and board of directors. This role requires fostering strong relationships and maintaining open communication with all departments to ensure seamless coordination and alignment with organizational goals. This role will require the highest level of confidentiality, sensitivity, and professionalism in carrying out the priorities of a highly visible functional area of the credit union.

Education & Experience: 


  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, organizational development, human resources or related field preferred.  (Combination of post-secondary education and work experience considered.) 


  • Prior experience working with or supporting a Board of Directors is preferred. 

Knowledge & Skills:


  • Demonstrates the highest level of professional discretion in handling the credit unions’ most sensitive and confidential matters. 


  • Strong organizational and communication skills; detailed and accurate in all work. 


  • Ability to prioritize work, meet critical deadlines and keep teammates on task for deliverables. 


  • Ability to work on a diverse team.  Is approachable and strong at building relationships of trust. 


  • Committed to continuous learning and demonstrates both desire and ability to grow skills to work at an increasing level of responsibility. 


  • Embodies the Park View values and lives out the purpose of our credit union.  


  • Competency with Microsoft Office products.
