Description: Our client is currently seeking a 2nd Shift Maintenance Supervisor Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor oversees a team of 8-12 direct reports.
This job will have the following responsibilities:
Performing preventative maintenance on all blow molding machines and assembly line equipment.
Keeping machines and production equipment in excellent operating condition to meet production demands.
Maintaining a high sense of urgency.
Utilizing a strong background in production machine and equipment troubleshooting and maintenance.
Conducting troubleshooting, repairing, and preventative maintenance on industrial electrical systems.
Reporting to both the Maintenance Manager and Plant Manager.
Collaborating as a team player in an environment focused on continuous improvement.
Enforcing all safety and company policies.
Applying an analytical and systematic approach to problem-solving.
Demonstrating strong hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical skills.
Maintaining an open-minded, can-do attitude.
Adapting to a fast-paced, changing environment.
Multi-tasking and working with minimal supervision.
Qualifications & Requirements:
At least 2 years in a Maintenance Leadership role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office, SAP, and Excel.
Hands-on experience and results-driven.
Strong background in electrical program controllers, motors, drives, and components.
Experience with SAP and Preventative Maintenance software programs.
