Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Contractual Administrative Assistant to support administrative needs at various locations within Baltimore County. Candidates must be able to travel within the Baltimore County area to support different office environments as needed. This role requires strong organizational skills, adaptability, and the ability to provide comprehensive administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document organization
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries
Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other office documents
Assist with office organization, supply inventory, and ordering
Support special projects and ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
1+ year of administrative or office support experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Must be able to travel within the Baltimore County area
Work Schedule:
Part-time hours with a flexible day time schedule
Candidates will be placed at a designated site within Baltimore County
