Position Summary

Maintain facility and equipment to accommodate production and warehousing in a safe, working atmosphere. Work with outside contractors and vendors to maintain equipment and needed inventory.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. Ensure operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance
requirements of all equipment.
2. Troubleshoot any issues of mechanical devices and correct issues as necessary to maintain productivity /
quality standards.
3. Respond to assigned facilities requests and complete work based on priority; communicate work statuses with
plant leadership.
4. Develop and maintain a preventive maintenance program for applicable equipment and machinery.
5. Maintain equipment, parts and, supplies inventories conserving resources when able.
6. Prepare maintenance reports, document and communicate actions and irregularities and continuing needs.
7. Actively participate in autonomous route sheet training.
8. Support TPM culture by helping setup AM route sheets on all presses.
9. Train co-workers, as needed.
10. Create EAM work orders and request parts for repair events.
11. Work in a safe and efficient manner using all personal protective, safety equipment and devices that are
required, in accordance with all STW documentation (if STW is not developed for any process within this job,
proper training techniques must be followed).
12. Be actively involved in Continuous Improvement; promote and sustain any and all CI, 5S and STW activities.
13. Other duties as assigned.

Education

HS diploma or equivalent required. Technical degree preferred.
