Job requirements:
Psych experience is preferred
Active GA RN or multistate RN license
Active BLS
CPI Preferred
Job Duties:
Primary care, assessment and evaluation of geriatric, adult, child and adolescent patients.
Behavior model to support suicidal precautions, prevent restraints, and improve coping skills.
Conducted therapeutic individual and group sessions. Develop and implement treatment plans and modified when needed.
Direct family-centered, strengths-based, culturally competent and individualized intakes and assessments.
Instructed patients and family members on proper discharge care.
