Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative assistance to three partners, ensuring smooth operations.
Research court rules, implement procedures, and handle e-filing in state and federal courts.
Format documents, convert handwritten changes to redline documents, and handle large sets of discovery.
Monitor deadlines, update calendars, and manage email communications.
Work with vendors for scheduling depositions, large print jobs, and database management.
Maintain and update the firm's website.
Required Skills and Experience
Minimum of 7 years in civil litigation, with proficiency in e-filing systems for state and federal courts.
Strong skills in MS Office and Adobe.
Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
Excellent written English skills, including spelling, grammar, and document formatting.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and handle confidential information with discretion.
