General Function:

  • Coordinating logistics elements (spares, support equipment, training, facilities, technical data) to meet F-15 program needs.
  • Monitor and evaluate maintenance activities for F-15QA aircraft, ensuring contractor compliance with USAF maintenance standards and directives.
  • Provide expertise to integrate and coordinate technical and sustainment efforts across USAF and international F-15 activities, supporting avionics, weapons integration, and system configurations.
  • Assist in translating international partner requirements into actionable life-cycle support plans and manage complex U.S. Government and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) tasks, including multiple contracts and funding sources.
  • Contributing to long-term supportability strategies aligned with Government acquisition goals.
  • Participating in logistics resource acquisition and site surveys.
  • Analyzing sustainment issues like Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) and recommending replacements.
  • Supporting the AFMC Source of Repair Assignment (SORA) process, depot maintenance studies, and technical documentation management.
  • Managing reliability-centered maintenance, provisioning planning, and life cycle logistics, including end-of-program planning.
  • Assisting in kit development, technical order activities, and depot modification efforts.
  • Analyzing GFE/GFP plans and identifying corrective actions to ensure effective logistics and support.
  • Participating in technical evaluations, logistics support analysis (LSA), and ensuring proper management of technical data systems.
  • Supporting efforts to reduce Air Force Total Ownership Costs (AFTOC) and sustainment requirements.
  • Contributing to post-production support plans and managing critical logistics assets, such as spares and tooling.
  • Assisting in logistics support documentation and participating in related meetings, reviews, and process improvement activities.

Qualifications:



Education/Certifications/Experience/Skills:


  • Master's degree and 12 years of experience related to the position, 5 of which must be DoD, OR, Bachelor's degree and 15 years of experience, 5 of which must be DoD, OR, 20 years of directly related experience, 8 of which must be DoD.

  • Must be recognized as subject matter expert on related field.

  • Must have a minimum of ten (10) years of USAF fighter aircraft maintenance experience, preferably on the F-15.

  • Must have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience working with international partners supporting the requirements of partner foreign governments through FMS programs.

  • Must possess and maintain a government security clearance at the Secret level.

  • Must have the ability to obtain a Qatar ID and Visa.

  • Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft programs (including Excel, Word, Outlook).
