What You Will Do
Apply your electrical field experience to finding and selecting the best-fit electricians to fill our open positions, primarily in Tennessee, but with virtual support as needed in Colorado and Texas Partner closely with regional and HR leadership to understand specific needs and achieve local hiring objectives Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future positions through passive sourcing, leveraging community partner relationships, and job fair attendance Accurately maintain detailed recruiting process tracking and produce accurate job offers through our applicant tracking system Screen potential candidates to ensure that they meet the required qualifications for the position Actively utilize the Culture Index behavioral survey to supplement your screening/selection process Demonstrate and embrace our company values, our PACT: People, Advance Process, Community, and Trusting Relationships
What You Will Bring
In addition to holding yourself to high standards and having a passion for being the best, you will
Have a minimum of 2 years working experience in the electrical field as an apprentice, journeyman, or above Have a strong sense of competitiveness and an internal drive to succeed and win Possess a sales and negotiations focused mindsetthe ability to convincingly communicate our value proposition and land candidates Have strong attention to detail and accuracy while managing multiple priorities under stress Possess a clear understanding of and ability to verbalize what it takes to be successful long-term as an electrician or electrical field leader and to be able to identify those traits in others Have a high level of comfort communicating effectively and professionally in person, over the phone, and via email/text Bring solid computer skills with competency in MS Office, as well as the aptitude to learn other systems
