RMC is hiring a Help Desk Representative to support our Navy customer at the Washington Navy Yard (WNY) in Washington, DC, and occasionally in Bethesda, MD. The selected applicant will be expected to provide Tier 0, 1, and 2 IT and cybersecurity support services to address issues with end-user computers, ancillary devices, printers, and software. Salary at RMC is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, a candidate's specific combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific requirements. The current salary range for this position will be $50,000 to $75,000 (annually).
