Job Description:

Job Summary: The Maintenance Planner will be responsible for overseeing maintenance planning and scheduling at the Covington, GA site. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and performance of equipment and facilities, while also reducing downtime and optimizing maintenance operations. The Maintenance Planner will collaborate closely with on-site maintenance teams, engineers, and leadership to ensure that maintenance tasks are well-coordinated and executed efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Planning & Scheduling: Develop and maintain detailed maintenance schedules, ensuring timely and efficient execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities. - Work Order Management: Prioritize, plan, and organize work orders based on urgency, availability of resources, and equipment downtime. - Coordination: Work closely with supervisors, technicians, and the procurement team to ensure availability of parts, tools, and resources needed for scheduled maintenance. - Compliance: Ensure that maintenance activities meet regulatory and safety requirements, as well as internal company standards. - Collaboration: Facilitate communication between maintenance team, engineering, and site leadership to align maintenance efforts with operational goals. - Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving maintenance processes, equipment reliability, and team efficiency across all assigned locations. Qualifications: - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Ability to work effectively across multiple teams. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement initiatives. - Experience in managing large-scale operations.

- Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) **Preferably eMaint**.
