Job Summary

The Operations Representative I position provides office expertise through the utilization of computer systems and mapping records to support Field Operations including Construction Service, Meter Reading, and Utility Departments.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide clerical support for all aspects for the West Region Operations department. Audit all paperwork as related to UGI operations. Provide daily support to various UGI systems such as: SAP, DOJM, R2, Mobile Dispatch (CAD). Work on various UGI reports and provide communications to internal and external customers.
  • Support Operations with various tasks relating to scanning and importing completed main job packets, data entry, Duty Supervisor Call Out, PA one call tickets, monitor office supplies and place orders for restocking, invoicing, creating purchase requisitions and permit processing.
  • Perform daily data entry into the payroll system ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll information for hourly field employees.
  • Provide support to Operations Support Supervisors and Operations Support Coordinators as needed.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Strong computer skills with MS Office.
  • Experience with Oracle, WebTop, Mobile Up and SAP preferred.
  • Ability to read maps.
  • Knowledge of PA1 call helpful.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are essential.
  • Ability to perform data entry of timesheet and payroll information.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
