Location: Bolingbrook, Illinois
Our client is seeking a dedicated Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Assistant to join their dynamic team. This role is integral to the management of product lifecycles, with responsibilities ranging from documenting product transitions on and off the shelves, updating planograms, to managing product disposition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the product lifecycle by filling out forms, updating planograms, and documenting product transitions.
- Maintain SKU, ensuring the completion of add/delete forms and updating disposition maintenance at the brand and item level.
- Provide operational support with high attention to detail, communicating visibility to operations of category transitions.
- Initiate RTV/DIF and follow up with brand/buyer for RA number.
Ideal candidates will have retail experience, preferably within inventory control as an inventory specialist/coordinator/admin, or as a retail buyer or retail merchant with an understanding of Product Life Management.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of relevant experience in a PLM, inventory, merchant, buyer, or similar administrative/data entry type of position.
- Strong Excel & Pivot Table experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Power BI or other BI tool experience is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail, and capable of multi-tasking.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong listening skills.
- Creative problem solver with a positive attitude and strong initiative.
This position is based in our client's location in Bolingbrook, IL and requires the ability to commute and work on-site 6 times a month.
