Job Overview

The Associate Dental Director, Field Operations (OC) leads, manages, and supervises the OC field operations teams, as well as provides comprehensive, coordinated, primary, and preventive healthcare services to a diverse and underserved patient population across their lifespan. The Associate Director establishes work procedures and standards and monitors patient care as well as sees patients as a practicing dentist. In performing this work, the Associate Director assures access to high-quality affordable health care for all. Additional responsibilities include the oversight of the overall field operations in OC including clinical patient care, quality, patient experience, and financial sustainability. The Associate Director collaborates on the strategic planning to ensure the implementation of effective and efficient workflows to meet or exceed goals. Lastly, the Director works with Clinic Directors, Site Medical Directors, and community partners to drive performance in medical-dental integration efforts.

Minimum Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited Dental school and licensed to practice in the State of California.

  • Minimum of 3 years of practicing dentistry is required.

  • Demonstrated experience with Electronic Dental Records systems and Digital X-rays.

  • Bilingual - English/Spanish preferred.

  • Leadership/supervisory experience preferred.

Compensation

$130,540.80 - $163,176.00 annually
