A Warren Oil ISO Quality Manager is responsible for quality compliance and adherence to ISO standards to support the productions of quality products. The ISO Quality Manager is responsible for verifying that all processes follow company procedures to prevent issues and support continuous improvement. This position will be based out of West Memphis, AR.

ISO Quality Manager Duties:
Maintain the ISO Quality Management System
Coordinate and conduct internal audits, document control, and corrective action. Customer complaint processing, and continuous improvement activities.
Communicate with registrar and coordinate registrar audits.
Utilizes Six Sigma and Quality Engineers tools including: Statistical Process Control, Control Charts, Process Capability Studies, etc. to support continuous improvement.
Supervise the Quality Department and its employees to insure quality standards are maintained.
Transition the facility from their current ISO 9001:2008 standard to ISO 9001:2015 standard
ISO Quality Manager Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
Extensive ISO training
Auditor accreditation
Knowledgeable and experienced in advanced statistical techniques for data analysis
Supervisory experience preferred
Demonstrated verbal and written communication and computer skills
