Customer Support Representative I

About the Role:

We are seeking a Customer Support Representative I to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members within the customer service department.

• Excellent Pay- $23 hourly with great benefits!

Job Responsibilities:

• Accurately processes customer orders/returns/credits/quotes and contracts according to established department policies and procedures, while effectively utilizing and operating company systems and tools.
• Professionally handles customer inquiries, issues, and complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within set time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Finds and provides timely and accurate information about products and services to customers.
• Effectively builds and maintains sustainable relationships and trust with customers, sales team and vendors through open and interactive communication.
• Willingly trains new or existing Customer Service Representatives if/as requested.
• Cooperatively performs other related duties as assigned.
