We are currently looking for an experience Construction Office Engineer

This opportunity will allow you to apply your technical skills to develop creative transportation and infrastructure solutions and refine your leadership abilities. As a Construction Office Engineer, your responsibilities will include construction support for municipal transportation projects.

Salary Range: $80,000 to $120,000 (Depending on experience)



Responsibilities

  • Work as a Construction Office Engineer on transportation projects and work independently on smaller projects
  • Collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary technical teams
  • Perform under the supervision of a Construction Manager or Senior Engineer
  • Contribute in the preparation of plans, specifications and estimates for projects
  • Provide construction management support and inspection duties on projects
  • Provide excellent client service
  • Perform other related duties as needed
  • Be willing to travel to project sites

Qualifications

  • BS in Civil Engineer (BSCE)
  • Engineer in Training Certification (EIT) preferred
  • Motivated to develop productive, long-term relationships and communicate with clients, peers, multi-discipline teams, and management
  • A reputation of integrity, intelligence, and the ability to exercise good judgment
  • Ability to work with several subconsultants and internal staff on a multi-disciplinary team
  • Previous Construction Management or inspection experience preferred
  • Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and MS Project
  • Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and MicroStation
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with multiple priorities
  • Attention to detail, delivering quality work products and excellent client service
