Customer Order Processor
Location: St. Louis, MO (On-site Only)
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Compensation: $18-21/hr. (Based on Experience)

Responsibilities:
Process customer orders with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness at every stage of the fulfillment process.
Research products to identify suitable options and make informed suggestions to customers based on their specific needs and requirements.
Conduct physical inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of supplies.
Coordinate with shipping companies, including FedEx and other carriers, to facilitate expedited shipping and ensure timely delivery of orders, with a focus on meeting tight deadlines.
Work effectively under pressure to manage competing priorities and meet demanding customer expectations, while maintaining a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence.
Requirements:
Previous experience in order processing or a related field, preferably in a medical supply company or a similar industry.
Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accuracy and precision in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with product research and the ability to make informed recommendations to customers based on their unique needs and preferences.
Familiarity with shipping procedures and logistics, including experience working with FedEx or other shipping companies, is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues at all levels of the organization.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed to ensure the success of the team and the company.
