Key Responsibilities:





  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner, ensuring they feel comfortable and attended to.

  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate person or department promptly and efficiently.

  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, presentable, and stocked with necessary supplies and materials.

  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges as needed.

  • Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.

  • Assist with travel arrangements and accommodation bookings for staff and visitors.

  • Monitor and order office supplies to ensure inventory levels are maintained.

  • Support other departments with various tasks and projects as needed.

  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information.


Qualifications:





  • High school diploma or equivalent experience; additional experience in office administration or related fields is a plus.

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners, copiers).

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

  • Attitude focused on providing excellent customer service with a friendly and approachable personality.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
