Our client, an established university in Boston's Metro West, is seeking a temp-to-hire Development Coordinator. In this role, you will provide essential support to fundraising and donor engagement activities, including managing logistics for donor visits and events, drafting correspondence, and maintaining donor records. A critical part of your responsibilities will involve data management, ensuring accuracy in CRM systems, and compiling reports to support the work of an 80-person advancement team. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace, along with exceptional organizational and communication abilities.
