Seeking someone who can interview asap and start mid-December! In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director and VP of Sales, as well as other members of the Leadership Team during meetings and events.
Organize and manage logistics for travel, dining, lodging, events, meetings, and conferences.
Serve as a liaison between executive leadership, staff, external clients, and the public.
Draft, edit, and review communications, reports, and meeting notes.
Maintain spreadsheets, process expenses, and support financial reporting.
Coordinate special projects, process improvements, and content development.
Build professional relationships with key stakeholders locally and internationally.
Manage multiple priorities and deadlines using strong time management and judgment.
Research and analyze business data to create reports and presentations.
Lead event planning and execution.
Perform additional administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1-2 years' experience providing executive administrative support.
Experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously is highly preferred
Exceptional time management, organization, and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines under tight timelines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to handle confidential information.
Must be able to interview asap and start mid-December!!
Additional Info:
Pay: $32-42/hr
Schedule: 8am - 4:30 pm M-F
Location: Mainly onsite; will consider offering 1 day a week working from home after training
Type: Temporary to start for 60 - 90 days while they re-assess their needs long-term & update the job description. They don't want to rush the permanent hire and need someone on a temporary basis to fill in and support the executives over the next few months.
This temporary hire would get to interview & be considered for the permanent position when they start the hiring process in the new year.
