Job Summary

The Workplace Experience (WX) team creates inspiring spaces and innovative services that bring NetApp's culture and values to life. We manage the services and programs that help make NetApp a great place to work - from how we design energizing and collaborative workspaces, create healthy food experiences, provide total wellness fitness options, to delivering inclusive environments where our employees can thrive.

WX provides essential services in accelerating and supporting the business for corporate real estate, facilities operations, and infrastructure maintenance of the workplace. Our Site Services program is critical to the engagement and success of employees and reinforces the strong culture NetApp is known for. The Site Services Manager plays a key role in those initiatives, overseeing daily tasks and deliverables associated with providing services to employees.

Based at NetApp's San Jose, California headquarters (SJC), the Site Services Program manager has responsibilities at the ~309,000 ft.2 headquarters building, our 11,000 ft. 2 Santa Clara Lab (SCL) facility, our Santa Clara Colocation (SCC) operations and in service of employees working in these locations.

Job Requirements

Reports to the Director, WX Americas West Region, and collaborates with various teams and vendors.
Requires self-drive, independence, critical thinking, and adaptability.
Manages budgets and daily operations of programs including:


  • Food, Janitorial, Space Planning, Event Management, Meeting Room Management, and Employee Amenities.

  • Shipping and Receiving, Business Cards, Office Supplies, Sustainability Initiatives, ISO Audits, and Site Communications.

  • Employee Discount and EV Charging Programs, Fitness Center, and Waste Services.

  • Develops Service Level Agreements, manages personnel, and ensures operational efficiency.

  • Serves as the primary contact for Service Providers and negotiates contracts.

  • May require occasional after-hours involvement and emergency response.

Responsibilities:


  • Oversee financial budgets for all programs.

  • Develop policies and procedures.

  • Manage and develop Direct Reports.

  • Performance manage Vendor Service Providers.

  • Collaborate on RFP initiatives for contracts.

  • Lead Site Alignment initiatives.

  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with Vendor Service Providers.

  • Manage projects that impact Site Services.

  • Align with Sustainability Initiatives.

  • Support ISO 14001 program.

  • Develop community partnerships.

  • Support Reception Services and establish feedback mechanisms.

  • Assist in preparing facilities for all users.

  • Support site openings and events as needed (travel may be required).

  • This position works collaboratively with other Site Services managers.

Qualifications


  • BA/BS degree or equivalent with 8+ years of experience in Workplace Resource and Space Planning Management.

  • Proven expertise in personnel management and project management.

  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Excellent communication skills and supports innovation and change.

  • Primarily on-site role, requiring frequent presence to support WX programs.

Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 152,550 - 214,390 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU's), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies. Benefits may vary by country and region, and further details will be provided as part of the recruitment process.
