Location:Timken Mounted Bearings, Ferndale, WA.

Job Type:Full-Time.

Shift: Day Shift & Afternoon Shift.

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 6:00am-2:30pm & Mon-Thurs, 2:15pm-12:45am.

Pay Range: Staring rate $19.00/hr.

Position Summary:

Timken Mounted Bearings is hiring Warehouse Associates inFerndale, WA. This position contributes to the operation areas of Production/Assembly, Urethane Manufacturing, and/or Packaging/Shipping/Receivingteams. The position displays developing knowledge and skill in all areas of manufacturing operations. The Warehouse Associate follows direction and supports an environment that is adaptable to growth and is in line with the business unit's goals and expected performance metrics.

Essential Responsibilities:


  • Executes standard work instructions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Promotes and maintains a safe work area at all times.
  • Performs and executes high quality workmanship in Assembly, Urethane, or PPS as assigned.

    • Assembly - picking components, prepping product, building/assembling product using power tools, etc.
    • PPS - Packaging, manually loading totes and crates with boxed product, receiving components and stocking shelves, etc.
  • Provides high quality attention to detail in all aspects of duties.
  • Ensures thorough housekeeping and organization of work areas.
  • Wears required PPE and follows all company safety procedures, including safe lifting practices.
  • Proactively communicates issues, shortages, or problems to Warehouse Coordinators, Supervisors, and/or Customer Relations ManagementRepresentatives.
  • Provides support and willingly rotates to other areas of the warehouse as needed and during fluctuating demand periods.
  • Adheres to 5s organizational standards.

Basic Qualifications:


  • At least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

  • Successful completion of a pre-employment medical examination and background check.
  • Must be able to lift 75lbs.

Preferred Qualifications or Skills:


  • Manufacturing/production/warehouse experience.
  • Knowledge and ability to work with a wide variety of hand and light duty power tools.
  • Strong communicationskills in both verbal and written.
