Exciting Opportunity for a Business Systems Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate meetings with engineers and project managers to document requirements.
- Serve as the liaison between business units, technology teams, and support teams.
- Work on projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Generate reports and create documents/presentations using Microsoft Office.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst in IT, producing project artifacts.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Experience in both Agile and Waterfall frameworks.
- Proactive attitude and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Team player with a focus on customer service.
- Analytical mindset and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the financial services industry.
Familiarity with agile tools like ADO.
Experience with infrastructure projects is a plus.
