JOB DESCRIPTION

Chubb Insurance Solutions Agency, CISA, is a Chubb-owned agency licensed in all 50 states. CISA provides managed access to Chubb for agents who do not have a full appointment and also administers other innovative programs designed to efficiently obtain business through non-traditional distribution methods.

CISA distributes a wide variety of middle market products, including Property & Casualty, Management & Professional Liability, as well as Accident & Health. CISA is one of Chubb's largest and fastest growing distributors. The agency serves as a platform for innovative ideas in the areas of remote & digital marketing, alliance sales, and unique distribution challenges.

The Agency & Client Management (EPIC) Operations Assistant provides support to the Account Executives.

Key Responsibilities Include:


  • Create customer profiles and process changes as needed
  • Create broker profiles in the agency management system
  • Process policy renewals, cancellations, and changes; issue notification letters
  • Issue/track billing; attach necessary documents to files
  • Ensure data accuracy; identify and update missing or incorrect information in agent or customer profiles
