Position Overview:
The QBHS Manager oversees the utilization and performance of Qualified Mental Health Specialists (QMHS) within the team. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient caseload management, mentor performance, compliance with policies, and improving overall outcomes for both mentors and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Data and Reporting:Review and monitor monthly utilization rates of QMHS staff.Track CPST (Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment) hours and improve caseload management practices.Generate and analyze EHR/IKRON reports to ensure data accuracy and mentor effectiveness.
Mentor Support and Development:Conduct one-on-one performance reviews and assist in staff development.Provide ongoing support and accountability to mentors, ensuring adherence to performance and engagement goals (65% engagement rate).Guide mentors through the correction of notes, ISP (Individual Service Plan) issues, and discharge procedures.
Compliance and Communication:Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations, including data entry and reporting in the EHR system.Monitor Google Chat communications, respond to department announcements, and offer guidance to the mentor team.
Collaboration:Work closely with the clinical team and client support to expand mentor caseloads and improve onboarding processes for new mentors.Participate in department collaboration meetings to ensure smooth operations and process improvements.

Weekly Responsibilities:
Conduct interviews and onboarding for new mentors.Facilitate department meetings, including mentor meet-ups, to ensure operational goals are met.Review and resolve billing corrections in the IKRON system.
Monthly and Quarterly Responsibilities:
Assist in strategic planning and goal setting, ensuring the team is on track to meet KPIs.Review training materials and ensure compliance with any changes to CPST services.Plan and execute mentor meet-ups and ongoing training sessions.
Skills and Qualifications:
Masters Degree in Mental Health field with Independent Clinical License in OhioProven experience in team management and leadership.Strong understanding of mental health services and case management.Ability to utilize data and reports to drive operational improvements.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Experience in compliance and regulatory adherence.
