Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota
As the Supply Chain HR Business Partner, you'll serve as the primary onsite support partner for a team of approximately 100 employees. You'll help create and consult on plans and proactive HR strategies related to workforce planning and operating model initiatives. You'll also coach and influence leaders, supporting their decision-making and ensuring we elevate employee experience and culture.
This role takes place onsite at the Best Buy Distribution Center in Bloomington, MN.
What you'll doDevelop relationships across the company and provide technical guidance to business leaders, HR colleagues, employees and clientsCoach, train and develop direct reports to achieve business and performance metricsProvide work direction for a small team of direct reports and adjust team scope as needed to support the businessOversee the analysis, change management and measurement of assigned HR processes, programs and projectsInfluence area and general managers, supporting their decision-making in a specialized HR areaDrive talent management, performance management, employee relations and rewards initiatives within your assigned business unitBasic qualifications5 years of experience in HR or related field3 years of project or program managementPrevious qualificationsExperience coaching and influencing leadership with or without authority1 year of HR business partner experience1 year of experience working in retail, supply chain or services-type facilities1 year of supervisory or military leadership experience1 year of labor relations experienceFluent in both English and SpanishWhat's in it for you
