Our client is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Data Coordinator to join their team. This role is integral to the Human Resources Department, specifically the Office of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and reports to the DEI Programs & Events Manager.

As a Data Coordinator, you will support various workstreams related to long-term tasks, corporate indexes, benchmarking, and recognition work that the DEI office delivers to the business. Your primary responsibilities will include data collection, research, input, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and organize data from various sources and systems
- Assist in building sustainable data tools within existing platforms for reporting optimization and streamlining
- Review existing data for potential changes and suggest improvements to output, dashboards, and performance
- Collaborate with the DEI team on specific ongoing assignments
- Evaluate data for trends leading to corrective actions within the index data
- Support research on missing or inaccurate data submissions

The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational, project management, and communication skills. You should be comfortable interacting with all levels of personnel and management, both internally and externally. A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and reporting platforms, is essential.

Required Skills:
- Fluent in Microsoft Office; expert level in Excel and reporting platforms
- Aptitude in organization, leading projects, and critical thinking
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to proficiently multitask and manage multiple assignments
- Superb oral and written communication skills

This role is a contract position with a hybrid work model, allowing for a balance of remote and on-site work at our client's location. The successful candidate will be provided with a company computer and can expect a workload of 20-30 hours per week.
