We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Project Specialist to join our growing HR team. This role is designed for a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a strong background in project management and talent acquisition. The Talent Acquisition Project Specialist will work on strategic recruitment projects and initiatives, helping to enhance and streamline the talent acquisition process. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the development and implementation of key recruitment strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Lead and manage specific talent acquisition projects, ensuring timely completion, alignment with business objectives, and effective resource allocation.
Process Improvement: Analyze current recruitment processes and make recommendations for improvements to increase efficiency, reduce time-to-fill, and enhance the candidate experience.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs. Use data-driven insights to drive continuous improvements in the recruitment process.
Talent Acquisition Systems: Support the implementation of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools, ensuring successful and timely implementation.
Employer Branding Initiatives: Assist with the development and execution of employer branding strategies, working with marketing and communications teams to promote the company as an employer of choice.
Onboarding & Integration: Support the integration of new hires into the company by managing the preboarding and onboarding process for HQ to ensure a seamless New hire process.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field highly preferred
1+ years of experience in human resources, talent management, talent acquisition, or project management, ideally within a corporate or fast-paced environment.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and other recruitment technologies.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with internal teams, candidates, and external partners.
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, while also being able to manage independent projects.
