As a Part-Time Maintenance Assistant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our facility runs smoothly, helping us provide a safe and comfortable home for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance tasks, including repairs to plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC.


• Assist with routine inspections and preventive maintenance to keep everything in tip-top shape.


• Help maintain outdoor areas, including landscaping and cleaning up after storms.


• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and residents, providing friendly service with a smile.


• Work alongside our maintenance team to tackle projects that improve the overall environment of our facility.


• Ensure that all tools and equipment are well-maintained and organized.
